HOW TO TAKE: take 1 serving (1 scoop 6 g / 5 g in natural flavour) in 200 ml of cold water, either before your workout in your BCAA shake, or post-workout within your protein shake, or you can consume alone with any kind of beverage juice. On non-training days, you can consume anytime of the day along your protein shake. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one serving (6 g / 5 g in natural flavour).
