Once your order is placed and payment authorization is received, we confirm receipt and begin processing your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from TNP Online containing:
A unique Order ID
Details of the item(s) purchased
Estimated dispatch or delivery timeline
You will receive additional email and SMS notifications once your order is shipped, along with the applicable tracking number(s).
Please ensure that emails from TNP Online are not marked as spam to receive uninterrupted updates.
You can track your order status by logging into your account:
Visit the My Account section
Click on My Orders
Select the relevant Order Number to view order status and shipping details
Online tracking generally becomes active within 24–48 business hours after dispatch.
Products marked “Cash on Delivery Available” are eligible for COD.
Any applicable COD charges, if any, will be clearly shown on the final checkout page.
To place a COD order:
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
Select “Pay by Cash on Delivery”
Enter the name and contact details of the recipient
Payment must be made in cash only to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
If your payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is typically reversed by banks within 7 business days. The reversal timeline may vary by bank, and Health Labz is unable to expedite this process.

Metro Cities (A-1 & A-2): 2–3 business days post-dispatch

Ground Shipping: 5–7 business days post-dispatch
Remote Locations (including North-East India): Up to 7 business days or more, depending on accessibility
TNP Online offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
All tags, seals, and boxes must be intact
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup and provide either a replacement or refund, subject to product availability.
Products must be returned in sealed and original condition
Opened or used products are not eligible for return
Returns are not accepted for issues such as taste preference, flavor differences, rashes, stomach upset, or similar personal reactions
Customers are advised to consult a medical professional before consuming any nutrition product
Promotional offers may carry special return conditions that override the standard 7-day return policy.
Wherever possible, TNP Online will arrange product pickup.
If pickup is not feasible, you may return the product via Speed Post and share tracking details. Courier charges will be reimbursed as per policy.
To confirm cancellation or return, you must select a refund mode.
